Raa by itself
1. Raa will always be read Full Mouth if it has a Fathah or Dammah on it.
2. If Raa has a Kasrah on it, it will be read empty mouth.
Raa Mushaddad
3. If Raa Mushaddad has a Fathah or Dammah on it, then Raa will be read Full Mouth.
4. If Raa Mushaddad has a Kasrah on it, then Raa will be read empty mouth.
Raa Sakin
5. If Raa Sakin has a Fathah or Dammah on the letter before it, then Raa will be read Full Mouth.
6. If Raa Sakin has a Kasrah on the letter before it, then Raa will be read Empty Mouth.
7. If Raa Sakin has Yaa Sakin Before it, then Raa will always be read empty mouth.
8. If Raa Sakin has a different Sakin letter before it, then check the letter before that. If it has a Fathah or Dammah, then it will be read Full Mouth.
9. If Raa Sakin has a Sakin letter before it, and the letter before that has a Kasrah, then it will be read Empty Mouth, unless:
That letter should has a Permanent Kasrah and not a Temporary Kasrah.
The Kasrah letter and the Raa Sakin should be in the same word.
After Raa Sakin, there should not be any of any Huroof Musta'liyah (Full Mouth Letters)
